Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Please allow at least 3 to 5 business days for shipment of in-stock items.
Additional delivery time is required for Original Art Work and Personalized Keepsake Moments In Time desk Clocks If an item will not be delivered within this time, we will advise you of the estimated ship date.*Note: shipping times are from the time payment is received. Mail orders payment must be sent in first before your order will be processed and shipped.
Keepsake Moments In Time
Custom designed clocks that are personalized with your picture are shipped two weeks after we receive your pictures.
2008 Candidate Clocks are shipped within a week
*Kindly be advised payment date for your personalized desk clock can not be used to determine date of delivery as this is a custom product. The date of delivery begins when we recieve your pictures.
Art Work
Most of our products are shipped via US Postal Service - Priority Mail. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing your order, additional processing time may be necessary for limited editions. If an item is not available to ship within the 7-10 business day time frames, you will be notified by e-mail with the estimated ship date.
Returns/Refunds
Your Satisfaction is our highest goal. We accept Returns/Refunds only within 14 days following receipt of shipment. The buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses. All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip. All returns/refunds will charged a 30% restocking fee. We will issue credit upon approval of returned merchandise. We will not issue credit for returned merchandise damaged in the return shipment. We will not issue call tags for returns.
Keepsake Moment In Time Return/Refund Policy
Personalized Keepsake Moment In Time desk are non refundable. Personalizing your desk clock is created by an artist who is paid in advance. Unfortunatly we can not refund any custom designed desk clocks.
Shipping Damage
We will cover not cover items damaged by the shipping.
