Q-Is there a minimum order? 

A-There is no minimum order at this time.

Q-What payment methods do you accept? 

A-Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Bank/debit cards, sorry no checks or C.O.D.  Only United States Postal Money Orders are excepted -*Note orders paid with United States Postal Orders will ship after receipt of money order.*

 Q-Is it safe to order by credit card? 

A-At Black Pefection.com we use a high level of security on our server as well as SSL encryptions to keep your online credit card transactions are safe and private. We also use pay pal to ensure your credit card information is not stored on our site. Your private information will remain private.

 

Q-What areas do you ship to? 

A-We ship anywhere in the continental United States

Q-How will my order be shipped?

A-Orders are shipped either UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service). First Class US Postal, UPS Standard is available  

A-How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be shipped to you direct from our supplier to insure fast delivery. Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours after we receive payment. You can expect your order in 5-10 business days or less. 

 

Please inspect all boxes or tubes upon receipt. For shipping damages or torn tube tops. Please email us at contact us with 3 business days of receipt of items. If the carton or tube is crushed please report it to the delivering shipping company or refuse the package*

Art WorkMost of our products are shipped via US Postal Service - Priority Mail. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing your order, additional processing time may be necessary for limited editions. If an item is not available to ship within the 7-10 business day time frames, you will be notified by e-mail with the estimated ship date.

7. Returns/Refunds

We accept Returns/Refunds only within 14 days following receipt of shipment. The buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses. All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip. All returns/refunds will charged a 30% restocking fee. We will issue credit upon approval of returned merchandise. We will not issue credit for returned merchandise damaged in the return shipment. We will not issue call tags for returns.

8. Shipping Damage

We will cover not cover items damaged by the shipping. 

9. Errors

We will charge shipping errors to your account unless we are the cause of the error. Shipping errors include shipment refusal by you, incorrect address, address change and failed delivery. Shipping error charges include return shipping costs, $5.00 per address change/correction and any costs for reshipment
